About Me

Hi, I’m Sophie.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve provided administrative and operative support for all kinds of busy people in all kinds of demanding positions. From selling houses, to organising pretty spectacular events, to C-suite level international EA, i’ve seen the whole spectrum.

My work has helped them to find more time in each day, relieve some of the stress that comes from overwhelming workloads, and save money by improving efficiency and providing assistance only when it’s required.

After finishing university, I began my career in London working in real estate, opening my eyes to the understanding of business and buying and selling. When an opportunity arose for me hop over the pond to Ireland to study one of my deep passions of cookery at Ballymaloe, I jumped at it and so began my career as a high-end private chef, running my own business, eventually organising top-end events in London and the home counties, where I honed my skill of event project management, from Sotherbys to a remote castle in Scotland, you name it I’ve probably cooked there.

In a short pit stop and an attempt to ‘settle down’, I found myself back in London working at a beautiful, Private Girls School in Hampstead, North London, running the show behind the scenes as School Secretary. From diary magement, to running the show behind he scences, a flexibly and postive mindset was key.

Three years later, I began working as EA to the CEO of the second largest publisher of regional and local newspapers in the United Kingdom, owned by a FTSE 100 American firm, this was a role that required a direct eye for detail, with multiple diaries, international travel, working with Google, BBC and local press, this was a great role and one I will always value.

Away from work, I am a true yogi and deep believer in personal development and improving skill set. I have witnessed the power of life-changing power of a engaging a good coach and developing a bee-line focus on self-improvement and I want to help others experience this too.

Through years of experience working online, I now have an exceptional skill set of strategising digital online businesses in order to grow your audience, gain more quality clients and stepping forward in the oh so slightly messy and confusing digital space.

Based in London and anywhere near the sea, I work remotely, depending on my clients’ needs. I pride myself on being approachable, self-starting and discreet, and my communication skills are second to none. So whether it’s emails, phone calls, web content or anything else, you can consider it done.
