Hi, I’m Sophie.

For the past 15 years, I’ve embraced a range of roles, from private chef to executive assistant, school secretary to event manager. Each experience has shaped my approach to work, teaching me how to navigate complex environments and deliver results efficiently, no matter the challenge.

My career began in London, where I learned the value of precision and organisation in real estate and event management. But it was a move to Ireland to study cookery at the renowned Ballymaloe that ignited my passion for sustainable living. There, I became deeply invested in sourcing locally grown, organic ingredients and learning the power of mindful consumption. This laid the foundation for a shift toward sustainability in all aspects of my life and work.

After a successful stint as a private chef, I found myself managing events that prioritised sustainability—whether it was sourcing zero-waste materials for a Sotheby’s event or ensuring an eco-friendly menu for a luxury retreat in the Scottish Highlands. Every event became an opportunity to make small, meaningful changes that aligned with my evolving values around sustainability.

Years later, I joined a leading UK publisher as EA to the CEO, a role that helped me develop a keen eye for operational efficiency. But it was during this time that I also began consulting on sustainability initiatives—helping the company reduce its carbon footprint and integrate ESG best practices into their daily operations. This role marked a pivotal moment for me, as I realised I wanted to dedicate my career to helping businesses in the sustainability sector thrive.
